Narrative
COLLINS, MO – A woman was left in serious condition, and a 59-year-old and 60-year-old man died after a two-motorcycle collision on Highway 13 before 11:30 a.m. Sunday. The wreck happened when the 59-year-old man – Jessie Ray – failed to yield to a motorcycle driven by Ronald Wallace of Bolivar. Both vehicles drifted off the road, and all occupants were thrown from their motorcycles. Ray was pronounced dead at the scene, while the woman – 42-year-old Jean Ray – was taken to different hospitals. Wallace later succumbed to fatal injuries there. The Rays were wearing helmets; however, it is unclear if Wallace did.
