Narrative

SPRINGFIELD, MO – A pickup truck driver suffered fatal injuries after hitting an SUV, and the trailer stopped on westbound Sunshine Road around 11 a.m. Monday. Springfield Police said the SUV was coming off a ramp from James River Freeway at the time of this crash. The unidentified pickup truck was taken to a hospital and declared dead there.
