Narrative 

ST. CLAIR, MO – Three lives were claimed when a driver of a 2020 Jeep Cherokee traveled eastbound on I-44 West, leading to a four-vehicle wreck Sunday. The Jeep driver struck a 2017 Nissan Rogue head-on, and the motorist of the Nissan Rogue then collided with a 2010 Toyota Corolla, and the Corolla driver hit a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Nissan driver and Nissan passenger were identified as 26-year-old Sabrina Sutton and 27-year-old Rachel Worley, both of Fishers, Indiana. Worley and Sutton were sent to a hospital, where they succumbed to fatal injuries. The driver who traveled the wrong way was also taken to a local hospital, where she died. She was identified as 64-year-old Tina Degonia of House Springs, Missouri.
