BATES CITY, MO – A 19-year-old woman lost control of her car amid snowy conditions, leading it to overturn on I-70 East and leading her to suffer minor wounds Sunday. This happened at mile marker 31. The driver — 19-year-old Mykola Shcherbatuik — refused to be taken to a hospital.
