Narrative
Two were injured following a two-pick-up truck crash at Missouri F and Missouri 154 in Vandalia before 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20th. Missouri State Highway Patrol said the driver of Traffic Unit 1 did not stop at the intersection and hit the driver of Traffic Unit 2, who was traveling west. The driver of Traffic Unit 2 was identified as 79-year-old Gerald Vanstrien from Perry. Vanstrien sustained moderate injuries. Troopers identified the driver of Traffic Unit 1 as 24-year-old Lakoda Gorskey. Gorskey was airlifted to a hospital for serious injuries.
